This year’s annual cyber security summit will feature speakers talking about the general threat of security intrusions in higher education, the process of library participation in an institutional security audit, and advances in authentication technology. The overall theme of the summit is awareness and taking action. Librarians and network security professionals are welcome, as well as anyone with an interest in cyber security issues in higher education. A panel of responders chosen from among willing registrants to the event will comment on the presentation and ask questions. There will also be ample time for questions from the general audience.
